Hallmark House, which was built originally in the 1970s as a diamond-polishing centre, is in the heart of the Maboneng Precinct on the east side of the Johannesburg CBD. Hallmark House is in the exciting Maboneng Precinct in downtown Johannesburg. It comprises a mix of residential apartments and hotel rooms and is situated in the up and coming Johannesburg area, full of vibrant, young and trendy spots while still being in close proximity to the business sector of downtown Johannesburg. The hotel has 46 rooms on two storeys but will also run a concierge service for the residents’ apartments. Each room boasts various views of Johannesburg’s up and coming area. All rooms are fully equipped with the necessary to provide our guests with a comfortable, sophisticated experience as well creating the opportunities for our guests to explore the bustling city that is downtown Johannesburg.
There are 20 Deluxe rooms which face the West (Johannesburg CBD) however most rooms are South facing with views of Turfontein Race Course amongst others.
25 – 45m². There are 16 Premium rooms which have king-sized beds, whereas the smaller rooms are equipped with twin beds with extra length.
There are 10 executive rooms at Hallmark House. There are various options with regard to the direction that the rooms face, however the biggest difference is the size of the rooms as well as the size of the beds in the executive rooms. Beds in the executive rooms are extra length king-sized beds.
